It all started with crab apple juice on a small homestead in the fall of 2022.
Bri Cormier started making caramels in 2022, to use up some crab apple juice they had made from their first harvest of their crab apple tree. After finding a recipe, and trying it out, her curiosity was piqued. She continued making crab apple caramels, while trying other flavours for her friends and family to enjoy. A few years, and a variety of new flavours later, here we are.
